I'm back!

So let's catch up a little, shall we?

This post is going to be a little bit of a backlog of where I've have been in the past few months. Almost immediately after the last Philadelphia post, I started the Web Development Immersive program at General Assembly, and was it an INTENSE 12 weeks! It was pretty much 9AM-11PM(on a good day) of coding, all day everyday. It was challenging, frustrating, and on most days, just flat out !@#$%^&*, BUT, it was probably the most rewarding experience I've had in my "academic" career by far. I've met some amazing people, learned lots of new skills, and in the process, I found myself actually having fun while dipping in this very intimidating field of programming.

The program ended in March, the mister and I decided to go on a trip to celebrate before I start the job search process, which I hear is the most stressful part, 6 hour technical interviews?? CUE THE ANXIETY.

Anyways, before I ramble on, let's get up to speed photo wise. There is a bit of New York, bits of a cousin's wedding in the Bay Area, throw in bits of random life moments, and of course, no post is complete without some snaps of Aydenbutton.

I will post photos of our recent trip in the next blog post, you can bet it will be very very photo heavy, and most likely split into a few parts, but keep your eyes peeled, it was an epic one :)

Autumn Adventures in Philadelphia. Pt. 2

Thanksgiving is tomorrow..TOMORROW!! I'm not quite ready for this year to end, heck, I'm not ready for this little vacay to end, will time always slip by like this? Will I always feel unready to welcome a new set of 365? As much as I'm dreading the good old "one year older one year wiser", I have a feeling 2015 will be a pretty great one.

I haven't had much time to blog, the past two weeks in New York have been a bit rough. Both the mister and I came down with a massive case of flu that knocked us horizontal for a good 4 days. It seems crazy to me Philly was over three weeks ago, we hopped back to LA for a short week for the beginning of November, then flew out to New York right after. After living out of a suitcase for almost an entire month, the homesickness has set in full force. I miss the sunny warm air, I miss my bed, I miss waking up to my aydenbutton.

And on a side note, I'm starting the Web Development Immersive Program at General Assembly in a week! It's a 12-week of intense programming bootcamp, I've always wanted to learn coding so I'm pretty stoked! This blog will probably be a little quiet for the next three months, but bear with me, I will be back!!

No more rambling, here are some more Philly snaps.
